QApp is developing a centralized admissions portal that will allow international students to apply to multiple universities in Kazakhstan through a single platform. Currently, we offer a waiting list service where users can register to receive early access and updates about our upcoming product launch.

3. User Obligations

By joining our waiting list, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current to the best of your knowledge
• You are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• You are consenting to receive communications from QApp regarding product updates, early access opportunities, scholarship alerts, and application guides
• You will not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services

4. Data Processing and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to:

• The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
• The storage of your data using Supabase, our cloud database provider
• The use of your data solely for the purposes of adding you to our waiting list and communicating with you about our services

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of QApp, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of QApp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We strive to provide reliable and accessible services, but we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time
• Perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily interrupt service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
